We’re all about squeezing every last bit of goodness from what we make. That’s exactly what these soap flakes are—off-cuts from our handmade soap bars, collected and crushed into multi-purpose cleaning flakes. Nothing wasted. No shortcuts. Just pure, plant-based ingredients doing what they do best.

These flakes work wonders for laundry, dishes, and general cleaning. And because they’re made from the same premium soap base as our bars, they’re gentle enough for sensitive skin. No nasties, no palm oil, no synthetic crap—just old-school soap made the proper way.

Now, let’s talk packaging. We wanted these to come in home compostable bags (and usually they do). But a print issue means this batch is recyclable-only. Still plastic free. Still far better than 99% of what’s out there. But not quite what we aimed for—so we’ve dropped the price.

How to use soap flakes

Doing the laundry:
Front and Top Loaders

• Add 1 tablespoon or scoop directly to a full load. Less for small washes

For stubborn stains:

• Make a paste of equal parts soap flakes and hot water

• Spread over stain. Leave for a few minutes before you wash

Amazing results with cold or warm-water settings. Strut your stuff in spic-and-span, subtle scented clothes. 

Doing the dishes:

• Swirl and swoosh about a tablespoon in hot water to create a bajillion bubbles

• Wash and rinse dishes the same way as usual

* Don’t use in a dishwasher. They’re party-poopers and don’t like bubbles

Cleaning the kitchen and bathroom 

• Make a cleaning paste with equal parts boiling water and soap flakes 

• Pump up your fave playlist and party as you clean

Do these soap flakes have a scent?

We use essential oils in our soap bars, so our Soap Flakes do have a mild scent. We use only high-grade Australian plant oils that leave your skin clean and moisturised, thanks to our slow-set, cold-pressed soap making method that maintains all the aromatherapy properties of the oils. All of our scented products are fragranced using pure steam-distilled essential oils, which means that you can experience full aromatic bliss without the stress of skin-irritating perfumes!
